stress medication ## Have you checked out any natural alternatives to relieve stress? I personally found Bergamot and Lavander essential oils to relieve even the worst cases of stress conditions. There are other options out there, but I would just suggest essential oils to anyone because they don't have negative side effects. The side effects they do have are to only aid your body. Feel free to post back if you need help finding any information on certain ones.

I went to see my Doctor (GP) yesterday because i have been suffering from Seizure type episodes. I find i have these episodes when i am very stressed and very tired. Has happened during the day and at night time. I have read up on Urr=banol, he has prescribed Urbanol 5mg Twice a day for a month and then i will be re-evaluated, i have noted it can be used for Anxiety as well as for seizures so i am unsure why he has prescribed this to me, my doctor is as old as the hills and i really dont have the patience to try and get the info out of him. What could be the reason i have been prescribed Urbanol? Seizures or the stress/anxiety? ## Perhaps he prescribed it for both. I can't answer for your doctor, of course, but it would make sense. Received my first Prolia injection in June. I have osteoporosis of the spine and osteopenia of the hips. I am 62 and in good health otherwise, do not take any other prescriptions except for vaginal premarin cream. On November 3 for no apparent reason I had a stress fracture in the right foot below the outer ankle. It is still not fully healed, but is much better. A week after the stress fracture I did a slow motion fall, while hobbling around on a relatives driveway, hitting their mailbox post, (with not much force) causing a type II shoulder sprain which still has not healed.
