Hi. I had a lot of pimples before so I consulted a doctor (dermatologist) 5 months ago and she prescribed me some applications to my face and I'm happy that it worked for my skin, but she said scars will take longer. I want to remove the scars immediately or at least a lil faster. People said I should be taking Vitamins E cause it was proven to cure bad skin, I guess. I was using metacortil-c cream from 3 months firstly I had black skin tone and after using that cream my skin complexion get lighten and I was happy but now i have so many tiny pimples on my face I think it is the side effect of metacortil-c cream but I want to lighten my skin and I don't want dark complexion but I dont want to stop using that cream also cause it lightens the skin tone. so sir/mam please suggest what should I do?

Why were you taking so many per day? You should never exceed the recommended dosing. While nutritional supplements can be good for you, taking too much of some of them can be dangerous and could put your life at risk according to the NIH. Taking such a large amount might be what has caused your breakout. The old saying about too much of a good thing is actually very true. Have you consulted a doctor?
