Does anyone know the possible MEDICAL cause of the pain. Is the colesevelam preventing the uptake or processing of some other nutrient that is causing these cramps? Does anyone know of any remedies that get at the CAUSE (ie, is it a vitamin or other lipid I am not absorbing correctly?). I know I can just take tylenol or something, but I don't want to be on those pain killers every day as they cause other problems as we all know. In October I had a PE and have been on Xarelto since. Currently I take 20mg per day and every other day constant pain in my legs and feet. I have taken metanx for 2 1/2 mo my feet and ancles have gotten so sore i could hardly walk on them. I quit taking the med. 3 days ago and can feel a great differance in the pain leavel. ## After doing some major research Shaklee B Complex is equivalent to Metanx! My mom is having some pain in her second toe from her toenail getting snagged from inside of her sock, because she drags her right foot from a stroke she is still recovering from 2 years ago. Is it okay to try a little Ketoprofen Lidocaine for her sore toe? ## It would be best not to try anything, without her doctor's approval. I had knee surgery ( torn miniscus) ,left knee before surgery ankle would swell at times.. I was at home recovering for five weeks upon returning to work my ankle e started to swell again . Any explanations , theorys, or medical know how's on why it could be happening. ## There are several reasons it could happen.
