I am planning baby now. May I take folic acid tablet along with All-9 tablet. or All-9 tablet is sufficient here. All-9 tablet is prescribed by doctor. If folic acid is not taken the babies brain development will not be optimum, and also chances of heart disease n depression anemia etc are more. My 49 years old mother has been taking rabium 20, omnacortil 10 & Zydus nutriva folic acid tablets for the past 5-6 years every day. Now she's gaining a lot of weight and I wanted to know whether this will cause any side effects in the future? If so, what other supplements can she take instead of these tablets? Hi, from last 3 months i have spotting befor 2-3 days of my periods. Thin discharge little brown or red in colour.n flow is not as usual. It reduced.
