hey so I am 17 year old and i had my first time using vyvance today. My friend gave me about 3\4 of a 50 mg pill and i took it at 8:30 pm in school. For the first 4 hours i was extremly motivated to do work and happy.I knew exactly what was going on in my class and felt incredibly social. Even though i was feeling good i felt a little weird and had little energy rushes every once in a while. By 2 pm , i was starting to feel nervous and could really feel my heart beating fast. At the time, i was taking a test and had to ask my teacher to go to the nurses because i thought i was going to pass out and something was not normal. At the nurses my blood pressure dramatically increased and i got this weird feeling of numbness and little light pins on my arms and legs. Also, i felt like i was sa...

Cut oxycontin green tab with 80 imprint in four halves is this safe or too much? ## Hello, Nina! How are you? No, you cannot cut these tablets. These are time released and doing so could cause you to get too much of the medication, at once, which may result in overdose. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

Since Actavis acquired Watson I have experienced GI issues, headaches, and nausea from the 10/325 Oxycodone that is now replacing the Watson brand. I can NOT believe that the FDA would allow this replacement when the effectiveness is so very extreme. Something needs to be done. ## Mad310, about your 10/325 oxycodone/acetaminophnen (tylenol), first, I am not a doctor and please don't take this as advice from a doctor. It's more like a book report from stuff I've read. I'll just mention that any of these "opiates" (the entire class of meds that come from the opium plant, hence the name) have the effect of slowing down the digestive tract. Different people have told me the effects vary according to the opiate (oxycodone didn't stop things up as much as hydrocodo...

I just started using Ziana for my acne- my skin looks as if it is peeling off my face, and I am still breaking out.. a lot. dont know if i should continue using........ ## Ziana is a good medication for acne because it is a combination of an antibiotic and a tretinoin which is in products like tazorac. You should only use a small amout (pea size) on the areas you are breaking out at first and only use it every other night until getting used to it. If you use to much it can cause redness and exfoliating of your skin. Topical medications may take a while to work which is why you are still breaking out. I don't know how bad your acne is but you may need oral antibiotics like solodyn ## Ziana takes some times to work since it is a topical medication instead of oral. I have used ziana an...

are there any potential side effects from the first dukes mouthwash - can it cause stools to be hard & rectal pain while having a bowel movement?? need to know asap - thanks.pfop ## Unfortunately, I can't answer your questions. The only thing I can suggest is that you contact your doctor, or pharmacist for more information. These products are regional and they contain ingredients that are specially chosen to treat certain conditions, by doctors in your area. Your pharmacist knows what they are and fills the prescription accordingly. However, since they are regional, we have no information on what they actually contain. Have you tried discussing your problem with your doctor?

Hi. I just got my prescription of lo loestrin fe today and my period started a week ago (Thursday) and ended on Saturday. It is now the Thursday after my start day, to start today would I still take the very first blue pill in the package and will it change when my period starts? ## Hello, Mary! How are you? Yes, if you want to start today you can, but you'll need to use backup protection for the first 7 days, because it takes that long for it to become effective in your body. However, if your doctor approves, you can start at any time. And yes, again. Your period should occur the last week of pills, so it would be slightly later that usual. The FDA lists the typical side effects of oral contraceptives as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, weight gain and ...

Hey all. 31 male here. Prescribed Lexapro about four months ago for depression and PTSD. 5mg for a week, then 10mg for three weeks, now 20mg and sitting pretty. Here's the run down on what I've experienced: At first the obvious side effects included immediate 'fogginess' of vision and a strong sedative effect. If anyone's ever taken Molly it sort of feels like the come-on of that (with no peak obviously). That was the first few days. I also noticed an almost immediate drop in libido that has progressively gotten worse. Normally I'm a 'once a day' guy at least. Now I'm more like once a fortnight, and when I do get friendly with the girls, it can take up to an hour to climax (if I don't give up). The foggy vision and drowsiness has since cleared, bu...

i stopped using Althea on my second pack becoz i can't bear anymore the constant hunger pangs, terrible dizziness, vomiting. And it made my body gained weight fast! It made my boobs much bigger too. I just started taking carbamazepine 200 mg. I was curious as to when this medicine reaches its full benefit? Also, will this medicine cause depression? Thank you ## Hi Dawn, According to the manufacturer, it has been stated that several weeks are often required in order for carbamazepine to reach its full effectiveness. However they also go on to note that improvements in symptoms may occur sooner in some patients. I would just recommend keeping an open line of communication with your doctor to discuss how things are going for you during the first few weeks of being on this medication. In certain situations it may take up to several weeks before you even notice enough changes in your symptoms to decide if this medication is really right for you. So I wouldn't worry if you don't ...

I'm on my 4days of period is it ok if I start to take it tonight? Thanks in advance for your answer . ## Hello, Eve! How are you? Congratulations on your daughter. You can start taking this tablet at any time, but given that it is this late in your period, you will need to take it for a full 7 days, according to NIH studies, before it will actually protect you from becoming pregnant. Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, weight changes, and PMS-like symptoms. Is there anything else I can help with?
