oxycodone where do i get a prescription for oxycodone filed in ga. i go to the doctor pay hard earned cash then take my prescription to the pharmacy where i,m treated like i stole somthing what did i do wrong maybe i should just went to some drug dealer at least i would have been treated with respect ## You certainly aren't alone on this matter, and I completely agree with what you're saying. Most legitimate patients have recently been getting viewed as addicts or junkies, just because of the type of medication they were prescribed. Doctor's should be more sensitive to the nature of what's going on here, so they don't hand out scripts that can't be fulfilled. I think post #3 in the thread linked below may be of help to you in so far as informing your doctor about...

Harvoni Ledipasvir + Sofosbuvir

Ledipasvir is a drug for the treatment of hepatitis C that was developed by Gilead Sciences.[1] After completing Phase III clinical trials, on February 10, 2014, Gilead filed for U.S. approval of a ledipasvir/sofosbuvir fixed-dose combination tablet for genotype 1 hepatitis C.[2][3] The ledipasvir/sofosbuvir combination is a direct-acting antiviral agent that interferes with HCV replication and can be used to treat patients with genotypes 1a o...

Xospata Gilteritinib

Gilteritinib, sold under the brand name Xospata, is an anti-cancer drug.[6] It acts as an inhibitor of FLT3, hence it is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor.[7] It was developed by Astellas Pharma. In April 2018, Astellas filed a new drug application with the Food and Drug Administration for gilteritinib for the treatment of adult patients with FLT3 mutation–positive relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML).[8] In November 2018, the ...

Is there a lawsuit pertaining to the fact no drugstore is stocking 10/650 oxycodine Len ## No, there isn't and none could be filed. There is nothing that obligates any drug store to carry any given medication in any certain dosage. Additionally, doses with more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen in them are getting very hard to come by and will not be available, at all, anywhere in a few months. The FDA has requested that all manufacturers lower the amount of Acetaminophen in these combination prescription products to no more than 325mgs per dose, due to the risk of liver damage and failure that may occur with the long-term use of high amounts, as well as the toxicity of accidental overdose. Many companies have already begun to implement the change and the rest are schedule to have it com...

I didn't agree for u to charge my account I have filed a claim against you. You need to check people's numbers and accounts. Try calling them before charging their accounts!!! I have been charged 2 times one for $4.95 and one for $88. I never ordered from you. It seems someone used my name and, account and, address which I never personally ordered from you. ## @tabitha, Sorry to hear about your loss. You never mentioned who you were specifically referring to with your allegations, but seeing how many people recently reported similar scams (for the same amount of money) from a company called Keragro, I'm assuming that this is who you're addressing, since this site doesn't manufacture or sell products of any kind. Have you tried contacting Keragro's customer service ...

Hi all, I wanted to find out why Actifed (as a brand) got banned by the United and states and JNJ stopped producing it and came up with Sudafed. Is there a reason why? Is there a link to the legal suit that was filed against a JnJ. Any information about why JnJ stopped producing it would help. Thanks. ## Irebel is on the right track. One of the ingredients in Actifed was Pseudoephedrine [1], and due to regularly increasing rates of abuse, and large purchases used to manufacture illicit substances, its status was changed, and to gain better control of the supply, it was moved behind the pharmacy counter, so someone could only purchase a certain amount, plus they had to sign for it, and show identification when buying it. Once this happened, it severely cut down on sales, and some manufac...

I am not familiar with NYC, I haven't been there for a very, very long time, so I can't suggest a doctor, but what I can tell you is that to get the type of help you need, under the new laws, you'll have to see a pain management specialist. Does Doc get back a copy or some form of the paper rx he wrote after I have filled it? ## It is not automatically sent back to him, but it is kept on file at the pharmacy and if it is a controlled substance prescription, it is also filed with and reported to all appropriate government agencies. Your doctor is also required to file a copy of such prescriptions with all government agencies, so if there is a discrepancy of some sort, it will eventually be noticed. The doctor will be notified and sent a copy of the one you filled and asked to account for it. Is there some problem you are worried about?

Educate yourself... articles.orlandosentinel.com/2012-10-11/news/os-walgreens-dea-oxycodone-20121011_1_walgreens-pharmacy-distribution-center-dea {link is dead} All pharmacies in Florida have been put on notice by a memo from the DEA that the DEA rules concerning the amount of 30mg Oxycodone that can be dispensed under the old out-dated rule (600 per month) will be enforced, rest easy this case was filed in DC & E VA. Walgreen Co. v. Holder, 12-1397, the outcome will set a new legal precedent for the DEA to follow. The DEA is playing with Florida over Oxycodone the way they are with medical pot in CA. ## Personally, I just find it very sad that so many people are suffering, because they can't get their needed medications. However, the problem isn't just isolate to Walgreens ...

Cvs normally have me the peach oval aderall 30.mg but this time they filed my perception with a white octagon pill with m on one side and 30 on the other side ## Hello, Michelle! How are you? It is normal for your pharmacy to sometimes provide the medication from a different manufacturer, depending on who was offering the cheapest price at the time they needed to restock their supply. But this is the correct medication, it contains 30mgs of Mixed Amphetamine salts, it's a generic for Adderall. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, anorexia and insomnia. Is there anything else I can help with?

Does Dr. get back a copy or some form of the paper rx he wrote after I have filled it? ## They can, if they wish, all prescriptions are kept on file by your pharmacy. If it is a controlled substance, then it is also filed with the proper government agencies. If, for some reason, someone at the pharmacy or the government feels that the prescription was inappropriate, then they will send a copy to your doctor to ask them why this prescribing was necessary and etc. Is there some problem you are concerned about?

My script it's for 100 pills 1 every 4 hours how long before I can get script filed again ## Hello, Collins! How are you? What medication is it for? As it prescribed to be taken 'as needed' every 4 hours, or are you just supposed to take it every 4 hours regularly? If it's an 'as needed' prescription, then this may be intended to be a month's supply. 100 tablets at 6 a day would be less than 17 days of pills, so that's not a typical amount that would be prescribed.

Been on 30mg XR many years. Supply dried up. CVS & Wllgreens Ran out. Where can I get my script filed? ## Unfortunately, I don't have an answer you. We have had many posts about this recently from many people who are having problems getting their prescriptions filled. There was a shortage reported to the FDA a few months ago and it seems that not everything has been resolved yet, with the supply chain. The only thing I can suggest is talking to your doctor about using an alternative medication in the meantime. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Damn if all of you where in Washington State I could tell you 3 pharmacies off the top of my head that has Adderall ir in stock. was switched to Atorvastatin 80mg tab MFG:Sandoz. when you open bottle, pills smell like they were soaked in alcohol. ## Hi flor, From what I could gather, there are actually many reports filed about the strong smell and taste of this medication. Enough to warrant a recall back in 2010: "From August 2010 through December 2010, Pfizer recalled specific bottles of LIPITOR (atorvastatin calcium) tablets (40 mg only) due to a small number of reports of an uncharacteristic odor related to the bottles in which LIPITOR is packaged. A medical assessment has determined that the odor is not likely to cause adverse health consequences in patients taking LIPITOR. There is no need to take any action if you take LIPITOR; please continue to take your medication as prescribed by your doctor. Howeve...
