From chilhood im not a healthy ,im 20 years old now i want to get fat and healthy,in privous i hv use a tablet " pauras jivan" .it does not give permanent fat,after the tablet finished fat also become unfat .also it has side effect.it smaller the bone.im willing to said is that plz and can u recommend me some drugs which donot have side effect and can gain fat whithin 2 week... ## Really need to be fat and gain more weight.. I'm 19 years old, 5'7 and 95 pounds, due to an overactive metabolism that was inherited from both parents. My thyroid is normal, as is every other blood test that I've had done. No matter what I do, I can't gain weight to save my life, and my highest recorded weight has been 101 pounds. I'd gone to doctors, I'm on birth control, and antidepressants, yet nothing I've ever taken to help or done to try and increase caloric intake has done me any good. I've been on tekturna 3 1/2 years and have had 10 pound weight gain in lower stomach area. I'm on xeralto for over a year and a half for 2 dvts and one pulmonary embolism. I've gained some weight, 25 lbs but I am a huge eater, but more interesting I always have a very distended belly, some have mentioned this in the forum. It's not an easy choice as to any alternatives because vaginal I can get a clot and die very easily. Alternatives such as garlic, ginger, omega 3, vit e, are Clancy at best. So what is one to do? 60 year old triathlete in perfect condition had severe stroke with hemiplegia. I have Epilepsy and have used Epilim for almost 5years now and in that 5years I have gained almost 35kilograms. I have started to become depressed by getting fat from the Epilim so I turned to my doctor. He has now prescribed the Epitec 25mg for me and I must increase it gradually over a period of 4weeks to 100mg. Reading all of these confessions of Epitec I'm rather scared to take it now, as I'm used to Epilim. I am taking nexium daily. I have found it necessary due to my rheumatoid arthritis drugs causing terrible acid reflux. It works for its purpose well, however I have found it has put about 30 to 40 pounds of weight on me since the start of the daily routine. If anyone else has suffered this fate i would hope you would comment under this thread. Today I visited my new family doctor. I began to explain to her that after starting my new job a year and half ago, I began to have the "normal signs of depression"- no motivation to do the things I normally loved doing (actually, no motivation to do much of anything), fatigue, memory loss, brain fog, not much of a libido (I'm 24 with a fiancé), etc. but never suicidal. What can I do to prevent weight gain while using Lexamil? I am also taking birth control which adds to the possibility of gaining weight. ## Lexamil contains the active ingredient Escitalopram, which is an SSRI antidepressant and it isn't known to cause significant weight gain. Compared to taking an oral contraceptive, you are more liable to gain weight from the birth control, rather than the Lexamil. However, you can help keep any changes, from either medication, under control by watching your diet to make sure you aren't eating far more than you should, stick with lower fat foods and get plenty of exercise. Have you spoken to your doctor about your concerns? They will also be able to advise of ideas that may be useful to you.

Weight gain can happen, when you take oral contraceptives, since they are hormonal based. The only thing you can really do about it, while you're still taking them, is to try to up your amount of exercise and be careful to eat a healthy diet that is a low in fat, as possible. Have you consulted your doctor? There may be a different one that you can switch to that doesn't cause as much weight gain.
