How accurate are the saliva drug test for methapetamine
I am a iv meth user and want to know how accurate the saliva drug test are ## Based on my research, I'm led to believe that the accuracy would probably be diminished after 3-4 days or so. Saliva tests can only detect Methamphetamine up to 1-4 days after your last dose. In comparing saliva tests to other forms of drug testing, they can only be as accurate as the quality of the testing equipment. And to my knowledge false positives are known to occur on them anywhere from 4-50% of the time. Does anyone else have more definitive details on this topic? ...

Will LOMOTIL show up as MORPHINE in a saliva drug test?
I take oxycodone/acetamino. 7.5/325 for pain. I also take LOMOTIL prn for diarrhea. On my routine drug test(saliva), I tested positive for MORPHINE as well as the oxycodone. I have not been on MORPHINE since Oct. of 2013 (6 months ago). Why am I testing positive for Morphine now? Is it the Lomotil? ## Hello, if the saliva test was a rapid screen test and you came up positive for anything whoever gave you the test should have sent a sample to a lab for a confirmation test using the GC/MS method of testing. If it was a rapid screening test like you can buy for home use, it is possible you got a false positive for some reason. FYI, the detection period for opiates in saliva is only 24-48 hours. I doubt if it is the Lomotil. Hope this helps. ## THIS WAS A ROUTINE LAB TEST DONE AT THE PAIN M... ...

I take Concerts 36mg daily, for ADHD, and am subject to random drug tests . U have heard that Concerta will show up as Methamphetamine on a urine test .
