Got a pill that had OC on the front and 40 on the back...Took it and felt nothing... Looked at pics online and noticed the 4 on the 40 imprint was different. .. the online pics has the 4 open and not joined...Actually mine looked like ( 40).. the 4 is closed not open... im thinking its fake.. ## Hello, Rufus! I am positive that the pill you are talking about is another generic of a 2mg xanax, xanax is chalky anyways, even the brand is. I do know from experience that different companies that make xanax use different fillers, and the fillers can cause you to feel that the pill is not working the same, especially a pill that you are acustom to taking. Cipla is a well respected company. If Cipla claims 10mg I would expect them to be 10mg. There are fake diazepams out there, I do not know if Cipla are faked (but they probably are) but I suspect most Roche Diazepam is fake since Roche no longer manufacture it AFAIK. However fake does not always equal bad or ineffective. Fake drugs can be clean or dirty or underdosed or overdosed or devoid of active compound or even contain a different though similar active compound. I have had fake Roche Diazepam that has felt far more potent than the real thing. It's a jungle out there!

How can you tell if a Vicodin 10/325 Is real? It is easier to snap in half than usual. Does that make a difference? Is there any other way to determine if they are real or not? Tell everyone who is using anything that they cannot prove came from a pharmacy. A dear friend of mine got very sick and almost died when he received an 8mg dilaudid looking tablet. It was fake. If you compare it to the real thing there are very subtle differences. The white tablet w/ LCI 1355 has slightly different letters and number 1 than the real one.The letters should look just like they do here. Not Roman style or more fancy lettering. Be careful people. I suspect a local hospital is supplying fake morphine. I took a bad reaction to nightly medication. Recieing supposedly the same drug "Sevredol" via my GP on discharge, the effect is completely different. How do I have this investigated, as I am encountering high levels of obstructive/defensive activity, without raising the issue specifically. The relevant authorities seem reluctant to recieve any form of complaint on the NHS.

I received an overseas order today of 7.5/750 vicodin es. Biopose vals r rubbish, yeah. They just put u to sleep for about 4 hours then wake up feeling like crap with your head mashed. Zepose r way better, they actually do something good and help with anxiety but biopose makes anxiety worse after taking them for a few days, so i would stay away from them. Plus when i had a u/a it came back clean for benzo's so that's how I know what's in them, y take the risk???? Stick to what u know..

I had orange 36 05 pills (SB 7.5 hydrocodone / 325 acetaminophen). I noticed that they passed (in stool) almost intact. They gotta be fakes, right? ## Not necessarily, many pills contain fillers and have shells that are not intended to be broken down by the human body. They are normally expelled as waste, even though the medication itself is actually released and used. I have taken Zolpidem for about 10 years (10mg most nights). I live in Thailand, and I can get them from a pharmacy...although the quality seems to change. The latest ones are called Zopalet and have MP on one side of the white oval tablet (normal white 10mg shape like Sanofi style but these seem to be roughly-made and chalky, not smooth and shiny or well-made by the press machine).
