Fake Yellow Pill With A V On It

I refilled my prescription and received some yellow 10/325 vicodin. I normally take my dose and feel so much better, but the ones I just got make me so so sick. I vomit and feel hungover. I am concerned these are a bad batch or something I need them for my pain but am so scared to take these particular ones again. How can I tell if they are fake and/or bad? I might have fake hydrocodone/acetaminophen pills. They r yellow n have the imprint watson 853. I need a way to find out if they are really counterfeit. Size? weight? Would be really helpful. Yellow, oblong V on one side, 4829 on the other. I have no idea if this is even a real pill. I've google'd it came up with Oxycodone and Acetaminophen 10/325, but cannot find a picture or any other kind of info.. I have 2 of them. The only difference is when you flip them, on one of them, the V will be right side up but the other side 4829 will be upside down. On the second pill, the V will be right side up, flip it, the 4829 will be right side up. If that makes any sense. It says r038 but the color is more like a peach beige and a lot softer to break. ## Where you from? I'm prescribed xanax. Mine is like a bright yellow, with the symbol looking like a cancer flag. My friend has one where it nearly can pull off a cancer symbol but the odd thing to me the yellow is light kind of like beige. The R309 is also I printed on. And his pills are also thicker. If you did mean "R 3 0 9", then unfortunately it would most likely be a counterfeit pill... and I don't think it'd be worth the risk of taking. Some like the crazy colors, some are into shapes. In the end, unless your pill is fake it will be up to 20% stronger, or just that much weaker as pills can vary between manufactures. I'm not really sure what to call the colour; somewhere between peachy and yellowy. The pills are about 6 mm, round, and scored on one side, down the middle between the APO and the 25. The other side is entirely blank. I've been all over several pill identifiers and such, but the closest I get is the same description with an added mark... one of them is a diuretic and the other is an antipsychotic/sedative and neither are the same as these three little pills I found.
