There are a ton of fake pills going around now. ## To those who are constantly at risk of taking fake meds, the best way to avoid this is by obtaining a valid prescription through your doctor and to get it filled at a licensed pharmacy. I've taken Roxicodone for 6 years. This month is the first time I've gotten these. They're just made by a different company. I just took one and they made my pain where I could stand it. I've always gotten the big blue pill marked with 224 or the M blocks or the a215 and these are just as strong as all the others ones! ## Just out of curiosity, what makes you insinuate that they're fake if they work so well? Legitimate pharmacies don't dispense fake medication, although sometimes manufacturers have been known to alter the color of their pills without giving any prior notice to patients. So that's something to keep in mind as well. So confused.. There are some of these that are really crumbly and look a lot darker than the ones I originally saw. They taste a lot grosser and are unpleasant.. There are so many fake oxycondones out right now!!! I'm from Baltimore Maryland but am now residing in south Florida on the treasue coast. What other pharmaceuticals make oxycodone 10mg IR besides kvk tech and the ones that have "NP and 12" on the sides. I get headaches as a side effect from these and I'm assuming it's bc of the fillers. I didn't have problems when I used to get 5mg bc there seemed to be more options.
