Can't find any good reason why I should not stop taking Ezetimibe 10 mg. I have arthritis also and the pain has increased with this med. Any suggestions? ## I have a constantly runny nose. Not a seasonal effect. Also zetia adds to the fatigue I get from osteoarthritis and increases the aches. I am taking Vytorin (Ezetimibe + Simvastatin) 40mg. What reaction will that have on my taking Isosorbide mononitrate ER 30mg? ## Based on my research there are no drug interactions found between The active ingredients in Vytorin and Isosorbide. This does not necessarily mean no interactions exist, but my sources state that every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is accurate. With that said, because I am not a doctor, the most I can tell you is that from what I've read, these two medications are regarded as being safe to take together and shouldn't present any problems outside of the normal side effects associated with each medication.
