2 Topics FoundI have sjogrens and have extremely dry mouth. For the past 2years my doctor has had me drink pilocarpine opthalmic eye drops mixed with water. I has not worked at all. My teeth are starting to decay. I searched the net and found salagen. I went to another dr and got my 1st script of salagen today. Directions are 5mg 4 x day. I looked at some user reviews and some had terrible side effects. I also use biotene. I have to do something, I chock on my food and sometimes can't talk because my mouth is so dry. I know there is a newer drug but I don't have insurance.
