How safe is neugaba M and Etoshinr MR in CKD patients?

Since january 25th 2017 my brother has been taking Etoshine MR tablets as per his doctor's advice; but he is experiencing all the side effects. Please guide me on whether to continue or stop treatment.

My father in law age 85 has been prescribed flurpitine neugababa75 duzela30 and etoshine MR all three times day is it recommended to take so much pain med together?
