2 Topics FoundI've been given espiride 50mg to take for two weeks and then as needed while the lilly something (generic is Nuzak) kicks in. But I wasn't told when to take it. The pharmacist was adamant that it would knock me out, but I see here that people are taking it twice a day and seem to still be awake. Can I take it in the morning? ## Hello, Jenn! How are you? Yes, the Espiride will most likely knock you out. The other people that are taking it twice a day are likely already used to taking it, so they don't suffer the side effects very intensely, anymore. However, since you've not taken it before, they will likely hit you pretty hard, so taking it at night would be a good idea. You may also experience nausea and dizziness. Eglanol ## I was prescribe Eglanol by the paeditrition for better breast milk supply. my baby is 2.5 weeks old, gained 400g in ten days after birth but then stayed the same in the next week. the dr thought that my milk supply is not enough as baby sometimes (2 08t of 8 feeds per day) wants a snack half way between feeds. I am sceptical on using this medicine as it is an anti-depressant and I wonder what the effect is on the baby and on me.
