Esomac 40

which time i take nusam 400 tablet

My sgpt level was 29 in 2018, 43 in 2019 and 66 in 2021, all other parameters of lft like sgot, ggt are stable. why is this shift in sgpt/alt level. i am feeeling fatigue, weight loss and indigestion, stomach growling and diarrheal symptoms after eating. i have done endoscopy and colonoscopy and reports are fine. Doctor has prescribed nusam 400 twice daily and esomac? will it treat my problem?

Taking Esomac 40 and Pylokit together?

Two days ago I was prescribed Esomac 40 for one month and Pylokit for 10 days. Should I take them both, or finish the Pylokit and then start taking Esomac? Thanks
