Hi, I stay in the US. I have used the tablet wikoryl and it workd best for me. I want to know the exact US equivalent of the tablet. I am giving the composition. 1) Paracetemol 500mg 2)Phenylpherine 5 3) Caffeine : 16mg 4) Chlorophenireamine Maleate: 2 mg ## There are several different formulations available in the US that carry these ingredients, over the counter. Both name brand and generics or store brands. The main issue, however, will be finding all 4 of them. I recently, had my med changed from vicodin 7.5mg 5xqd to lortab 10-500mg tablet. 5xqd question is, "Is the lortab a higher dose of medication than the vicodin. ## Lortab and Vicodin both contain Hydrocodone, a synthetic opiate or opioid, as their narcotic analgesic. As such, your dosage strength increase is only in the amount of pills you are now taking, not in the opioid ingredient. Oxycodone, used in Percocets and OxyContin, is slightly stronger . . . a 5/325 Perc is equivalent to a 7.5 Lortab. Hi, my sister was prescribed some liquid hydrocodone, the label reads: take 7.4 ml every six hours 5/5000mg/15ml. What would that be in pill form? ## That would be equivalent to 2.5mgs Hydrocodone and 250mgs of Acetaminophen, per 7.4ml. Or a 5mgs Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen per 15ml. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. My husband takes the Hydrocodone/Apap 5-500MG Tablet by Mallinckrodt. When we went to a different drug store, they gave us Hydrocodone/Apap 10-325. The drug store says it's the same as Hydrocodone/Apap 5-500MG. This can't be true? ## Well, no, obviously not, this is clearly a different dosage of the medication. We might be able to come close, though. Paloma did you mean IUs? The FDA lists the typical side effects of potassium as including nausea, and stomach pain, so it should be taken with food, or a small snack.

I have bad chest infection and sinus so my Gp prescribed me augmentin 625mg but my phamist gave me clavamel forte 500mg. Just wondering was it a mistake or is this equivalent to augmentin?
