I have major depression, which is only one out of 4 Mental Health diagnoses I have that disabled me since 1985. The major depression is resistant to treatment. I have been on so many combinations of anti-depressant, anti-psychotic and mood stabilizers that my Psychiatrists in the past and the one I go to now, did not know what to do. About 5 years ago, as a last resort, I was put on Provigil as a way to help me get motivated and not be depresses. As to its use during pregnancy, while no studies have been done, many women have used it safely, with no reported ill effects. The time span that it actually shouldn't be used is when you are very close to delivery, around the 38th week, because it can interfere with the immature enzyme systems in the red blood cells of a newborn and cause anemia. CO Q-10 DIETARY SUPPLEMENT 100MG THIS IS A HEART HEALTH . WILL THIS HELP THE HEART. ## In several studies CoQ10 has actually been shown to lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension. The effect of CoQ10 on blood pressure is usually not seen until after 4-12 weeks of therapy. Typical reductions in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure with CoQ10 therapy in patients with high blood pressure are in the 10% range. Having healthy blood pressure ranges does in fact benefit the heart. Personally I think that supplementing this enzyme will provide you with a host of other benefits as well as good heart health. Everything is natural and each ingredient has a purpose. The only question that I would have is how much of each ingredient is there? Any amount of Co-enzyme Q10 that is under 200mg is insufficient (but better than nothing). You can't really feel the difference or true strength of this enzyme unless you have about 600mg a day. I am concerned about my liver enzymes that are continually elevated more each doctor visit. I believe taking Linsinopril 10 mg. is the culprit. However, the doctors always defend the medication. I have been very tired with pain in lower right side. What are we supposed to do...how can I take myself off this medication? ## Are you on any other medications? Do you frequently take Acetaminophen/Tylenol? The reason I'm asking is due to the fact that, as reported by the FDA, Lisinopril is more commonly known to affect the kidneys. Though it has been known to cause cholestatic jaundice in very rare cases. Other typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness and headache. One idea, however, would be to ask your doctor about trying an alternative medication for awhile, to see i...
