Good day. I just want to ask if it is ok to take Decilone forte together with Vitamin C (cause I really want to gain weight)? Some of my friends told me about this but I'm a little bit curious to know if it's effective or if it may cause some unwanted side effects to my body? Please, I need your advice. I live in Indonesia and unfortunately, the labels here are not as complete as it would be in other countries. I am currently taking - 1. Sangobion (Ferrous Gluconate, Manganese, Sulfate, Copper Sulfate, Vit C, Folic Acid, Vit B, Sorbitol), 2. Enervon-C Multivitamins, 3. Evening Primrose Oil and 4. Levothyroxine. I think the EPO is gluten-free, but I am not sure of the rest. I would appreciate your feedback as I am new at this and I would hate to have gluten hidden in my vitamins / medicine while I avoid all the foods that I used to love. :( Thank you in advance!

is sangobion capsule safe for my 8 year old daugther? i want her to take sangobion becuase shes anemic ## What has her doctor advised? Have there been tests performed to confirm she's anemic? Sangobion contains Copper, Iron, Folic Acid, Manganese, Sorbitol, Vitamin C and Vitamin B12. Hi, I'm starting the candida diet but have been taking Enervon vitamin C 500mg. It also contains B-vitamins.

ask ko lang po kung ok lng na nag ttake po ako ng enervon tablet with decilon forte, nakakataba naman po sya matagal ko na syang ginagamit kaso pa hinto pag tumatagal kasi sguro mga 2 months yung side effects nya sa balat. nag stop ako gumamit pag namamalat na yung balat ko afterer nun mawawala na tapos mag take ulit ako. Iniinomom ko sya isang beses lng sa isang pero araw araw un
