I was on Mallinkrodt(sp?) 10/625 5x a day and went to refill at wrong store and have Endocet yellow oval 10/325 one side, E 712 other side, and feel like I'm aching FOR SOMETHING!!!!! Called dr & no help. Idk what to do. No $. ## The pill marked E 712 10/325 does contain 10 mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Endocet. However, the active ingredients can differ from name brand to generics by as much as plus or minus 20%, so this may be what is causing your problem. Do any of the members of this forum have an opinion as to the effectiveness of Endocet v. Watson 932 equivelant? ## They are both supposed to contain 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, but since there can be fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredients in generics, as well as in the fillers used, how they work for anyone can be different. While others may have gotten good or bad results from one of the other of them, the only way to find out how they work for you is to actually try it. I've read there is 10mg of oxycodone in Percocet & 8.7mg in this Endocet I'm stuck with a month. I can't do this! Guess this is kicking? It's causing bad thoughts. No one cares! Don't like be numb. I need to find a pharmacy near Tunkhannock, PA that carries Endocet 10/325mg. (yellow, oblong, imprint E712) I'm always told at my regular pharmacy that the Endocet are on back order. ## There are many issues going on all over the east coast that have been causing people problems getting their medications filled. For years I have been taking Watson brand Percocet 10/325 6 tablets daily. A few months ago I went to fill the prescription and was given Endocet by Endo Pharm. and told it was a generic they had, so I agree to take it. Then last month when I went to get the same script filled I was given Oxycodone/Acet by Actavis and told it is the generic brand but the company bought out Watson and that is why Watson is no longer available. Again, agreed but shortly after taking them I started to notices slight shortness of breath, fast heat beat, extreme dizziness, fall asleep within 30 minutes after taking them, less energy and still having pain. I got my script at a different pharmacy and they look different - are they the same? I normally get oval A333. The new ones are oval also but have 4829 V. The prescription was for percoset 10/325 dosage. I got a generic prescription back - it says endocet 10/325. The pills are round, white with a line on one side and the number 512 on the other side. I got a prescription a while back for 5/325 and I think they looked the same and I'm concerned the pharmacy gave me the wrong dosage. Can you tell me if I got the right dosage? ## You are correct, the tablets with the 512 marking contain 325mgs of Acetaminophen and only 5mgs of the Oxycodone, so if you were supposed to receive 10/325 then they gave you the wrong dosage. Have you contacted the pharmacy about it?
