The active ingredients are Chlorpheniramine and Phenylephrine, it is used to treat cold and allergy symptoms. I do not, however, have a list of the inactive ingredients, so I have to refer you to the packaging for that information. You can learn more Chlorpheniramine details here and you can learn more Phenylephrine details here. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth. How long does a Edarbyclor 40mg/12.5 mg tablet remain in your system? ## According to the FDA, the elimination half-lives of the two active ingredients found in Edarbyclor (azilsartan and chlorthalidone) are approximately 12 hours. Based on what I've read, many medical experts agree that a drug is for the most part, completely out of your system after about 5 half-lives. That's roughly 60 hours (2 1/2 days) after your last dose, before you can expect it to be out of your system. I hope this helps!

I have had uncontrolled high bp 35 years. I am called hyper sodium sensitive and have been to many research drs. If you are on multiple bp drugs this one works alone. I read comments about the side effects and I find they are minimal. If your taking 3 or more bp medications you are having a lot more side effects than this med alone has. I highly recommend this for people that are struggling to find the medication ## Hello, Dan! How are you doing? I am so very glad this medication is working so well for you! Have you experience any of the typical side effects that FDA lists, such as nausea, diarrhea, increased urination, hypotension, and dehydration? Unfortunately, it may not work as well for others as it does for you, since we are all different. Are you on any other medications?

best time of day or night to take morning or night ## What has your doctor advised? Edarbi contains the active ingredient Azilsartan, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure. And, unless they have instructed you otherwise, it should normally be taken in the morning, so it can help control your blood pressure during the times of day that you are most active, since those are the times it is more apt to fluctuate and elevate. At night, when you are resting, your heart rate and blood pressure are normally lower and the medications aren't as important.
