What are the advantages of Metolar XR 50mg as well as its side effects? Also, how long should it be continued? ## I was using Metolar XR 25 and shifted to Metolar XR 50 ,I take one capsule at night and in the morning I am feel sleepy where I also take Ramipril 5 mg which I also increased from 2.5 to 5 mg. I am taking this Ecosprin as prescribed by my doctor since my Angioplasty in 2008. Inside the capsule, there is a yellow colored small tablet! Is that the blood thinner or is that the Atorvastatin? I don't have any side effects.
