IS THIS USE FOR HEART ATTACKS.... ## The medication guidelines note that Ecosprin may be used on its own or together with other medicines to help prevent heart attacks and strokes in people who are at risk. Ecosprin is however primarily used as an analgesic to rapidly relieve minor to moderate aches and pains, and as an antipyretic to reduce fever, and as an anti-inflammatory medication. I had B12 defiiciency. Now it is in d normal range, but just above the lower level. So, in a yr, 3 mths I take COBADEX. Sometimes, I get chest pain. ECG & stress test are normal.
