what is the difference between ecosprin 150 mg and ecosprin AV 20 150mg? what are the side effects if taken prolonged? ## Ecosprin is listed as containing the active ingredient Aspirin, while Ecosprin AV contains Aspirin and Atorvastatin, so while the first can help with blood thinning and heart health, the one with Atorvastatin can also help lower cholesterol levels.
