I located a small round orange pill with a C on one side and 123 on the other, which turned out to be 50mgs of Topiramate. Topiramate is an anticonvulsant/antiepileptic medication that's also used for migraines and nerve pain. Apparently "Cipla USA" is the manufacturer of this particular tablet. I have the same pills, blue, diagonal shaped, pointy on the two thin long sides and rounded on the other sides. (if that makes sense) they almost look like a football. The pointy side would have the laces. DL in capital letters on some of them and 2000mg on others. Both are the same pill.
