Roxicodone,.is a brand name for oxycodone hydrochloride. Roxanne Pharm. is the manufacturer . A 215 pill, is from Activis pharm. The real roxicodone is identifed on the pill as "540 199". ## Just to add a little more specificity for anyone else that may read this post.... I have what is believed to be a roxicodone 30 mg pill. It has A-215 on one side and the other side has nothing on it. It is usually blue but it looks purple.
