White Pill P 500
The white pill has a groove on one side and "P 500" on the other. It is white and round. What is it? ## Hi Chris, I found one possible ID for this pill based on the description provided. The pill with this imprint has been identified as Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride (500 mg). It is white, but also capsule-shaped or oval as opposed to round. This seems to be the only discrepancy in relation to what you described it as. For further verification, it is Manufactured by Pack Pharmaceuticals, LLC. and the National Drug Code (NDC) is: 16571-0412 Please post back if you can confirm whether or not your pill is an elongated (oval) round shape or simply a perfect circle. Thanks! I hope this helps! ...
