Found a pill that I'm trying to find out what it is. It's white oblong and has B 146 on one side. Nothing on the other side. ## Hello, Sally! How are you? Instead of B, could the marking possibly be a stylized E? If so, this tablet is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 750mgs of Nabumetone, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.

After angoeoplsty i had bp around 120/75 for 2 mnths but dr when reduced Met Xl 25 to 12.5 my bp went up to 146/85 n heart rate frm low 50s to 85 90 now 2nd Dr gave me metxl 50 cardace (ramipril )2.5 eptus 25 after bfa st ecospurin 75 (reduced after 5 months rm 150) prax 10 after lunch Attorva 40 (increased from 20)cardac2 2.5 after dinner) my question ll this continue now BP 130/77 n heart rate between 62 to 70. My worry is this effect of reduction me to prolog and not having Eptus25 and ramiprill2.5?

Now I am to face acute knee problem that benumbed me and prevents smooth walking, A friend of mine advises me to take Cal Mag D and stop Amlodac 5. Can I stop it and opt for some other medication? I have been taking toprol xl for a couple weeks because my heart rate keeps spiking out of nowhere, the doctor upped the dose and it's still happening. Had to get an ambulance today when my blood pressure got up to 150/102 heart rate 146. This happens very fast when it happens and I normally have a very low blood pressure. Around 98/70 range . Why does my heart rate and bp spike like this?
