Peach (or light orange) colored pill with PFIZER on one side and "100 MG" on the other side. ## I can't find any tablet listed that matches this description and marking. Where was it found? Can you provide a general location? At this time, I'm suspicious that it may be a foreign medication. Learn more prescription drug details here. Does anyone else recognize this? ## Oval-shaped would be better description - 5/8" long and 3/8" wide. Found on the floor of my house here in New Jersey (across the river from Philadelphia). I tried comparing it to medicines we have here in the house and could not match it. I, also, could find nothing on it in my Internet search. ## Sounds like zeniquin (dog/cat antiobiotic) ## Oblong peach colored pill with imprint 100 | MG on one si...

I'm trying to identify an oblong 10mg peach colored pill found in a parking lot nearby. My dogs found several. Is it harmful to my dogs? ## Hi Emma, Are there any markings on the pill? How do you know that the dose is 10 milligrams? Is there a "10" imprinted on one side? As a last resort, you may have to consider taking it into a local pharmacy or have the pill's contents analyzed by a drug panel or GCMS lab analysis. Do you know if your dogs ate any of the pills? If so, did it affect their behavior in an unusual way? I hope all is well. Please post back when you're able to.

I was wondering why some one would continually take this medication during the day. Do you know. What's it do if you continually take it during the day 2-3 pills a day? I'm concerned for a friend. Please give me some answers. ## You're referring to the 10mg Zolpidem tablet, which is a generic for Ambien? If so, then while it is most commonly used to treat insomnia, since it can cause severe drowsiness, what it really is as far as medication classes go is a sedative hypnotic. Thus, it is in essence, a downer, similar to a Benzodiazepine. Learn more Zolpidem details here. Is there anything else I can help with? ## My husband became VERY ADDICTED to ambien. He started out just taking one at night to help him sleep which then turned in to him taking them during the day too. He w...

My vet gave them to my 140 lb dog for pain in his joints. But it is a white elongated pill with a P on the left half and 100 on the right. He is supposed to take 1-1/2 every 12 hours as needed for pain. The vet has to check his liver every few months to be sure it isn’t causing any liver problems. ## I'm not sure but I think it may be carprofen (also known as Rimadyl). It is a NSAID commonly prescribed for veterinary use. ## It's actually prednisone. Hope this is what you are looking for. ## Hi Candice, Can you please verify how you came to the conclusion that it's prednisone? I located an oval orange/peach-ish colored pill marked P100 with an NDC: 26637-253, that also came back as Carprofen. Pill Size: 19mm Packager: Putney, Inc. NIH.gov describes this medication as a...

There's a square emBossed on the Back with an "X" in it.... ## Based on the description provided, this pill isn't listed in the prescription drug databases, so I can't find any information on it. Did you possibly find this pill somewhere or obtain it from a friend? Since the "X" is embedded in the pill, it isn't really considered an imprint, per say, and is more so classified as a "score mark or symbol". Having said that, I don't think this pill was manufactured in the U.S., since U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have a unique imprint on the tablets or capsules so the medication can be identified by manufacturer, substance and dosage. Because this pill has no "print markings", it is going to be difficult to determine what ...

I have a large, oblong, peach or beige colored pill that was on the kitchen table this morning. Neither my husband nor I recognize it. We're in an RV. Think it may have fallen out of our medicine bag which holds prescription as well as OTC medication. ## Hello, Judeela! How are you? That imprint is rather vague, so I can't be 100% sure… Do either of you take Allegra/Fexofenadine for allergies? I've seen some tablets of it that kind of resemble what you describe, but since it's available over the counter, not all of them are listed in the medication databases.
