duvadilan 10mg effect on fetus in seventh month of pregnancy

I had pain in my vagina and my doc prescribed duvadilan 10mg twice for 15days. I heard that it will have some side effect on the fetus. This is my first pregnancy and I am very much concerned about it. I want to know whether by taking this medicine is there any side effect on my baby or is it safe to take the medicine to avoid preterm labour. In my 5th month I had cerclage and I had septum recetion also. So pls advice.
