Nuzak contains the active ingredient Fluoxetine, it's an SSRI antidepressant and yes, weight gain can be a side effect of most medications in this class. If so, my research tells me that the main ingredient in Melfen is Ibuprofen- a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication used to treat fever and pain, including pain caused by headache, toothache, arthritis, cold or flu, migraine, or menstrual cramps.
