My mum has been taking 15mg mirtazapine for 2 weeks, she then went onto 30mg for 2 weeks and has now been on 45mg for 1 week. My mum has not improved in 6 weeks at all and if anything is getting worse, she is always dizzy, lifeless, no appetite, no motivation what so ever. I am told she will get better but im sorry i dont believe this at all. She is now hearing voices she says that stops her doing things but i believe these are just thoughts. Can any one help with this, has any one experienced this. Thanks

After an ablation I had a monitor on for 30 days. The doctor said I had Afib and put me on 100 mg of flecainide twice a day plus 5 mg of eliquis twice a day. This could make one drink the same as drinking two and so on. Generally, the Aricept and Detrol should not be prescribed and used together, because they tend to negate each others effects on the body. Has your doctor instructed you to use both? If they do so, they have to very carefully adjust the dosages of both medications.

Has anyone ever reported the drug being less efficient or to cause illness after being taken several years? ## Being less effective after a long period of time on the same dosage is common with all drugs. As your body adjusts to that dosage, you continue to need higher dosages to get the same effects.
