I am new to the Gainesville/Denton, Texas area and need to find a doctor to prescribe these meds. I'm in my 30's but look very young so I'm never taken seriously. If I don't find a Dr soon I'll be out of meds and dont want to send medical records cos of my last doctor finding pot on my system. ## You are in Florida. I have been taking Tizanidine 12mg at night and 4 mg in the morning for over 3 months and have been experiencing some alarming abnormal dreams that caused Hallicinations. It seems the Hallicinations occur when I am already tired and then take my normal medication dose at night. Until last night the Hallicinations never caused me to jump out of bed in extreme fright. After 10 years of attempting to gain weight its failed every time. I see all these people who have shared the same problem. Im so glad i have found this site. I had multiple pe in feb 13 and also 14 yrs ago when my baby was 10 weeks old. The 1st time it happened i thought id had a heart attack. I just wanted to let people know that I felt the vets did a poor job of believing the secondary symptoms of zonisamide. My dog, Ivy, has been having seizures for over a year now and we started with phenobarb, which she is still on, Zonisamide about eight months ago. The Zonisamide made a small difference in the primary seizures but she started having dry mouth and coughing almost immediately, then after several months, reddish patches on her left side and sores inside on the right side of her mouth (much less on the left side of her mouth). Today I was informed by my pain specialist in Knoxville Tn. I am being booted out. I have substantial medical proof of need for chronic pain. 5 yrs. of perfect urine , no missed appts. etc. A nurse practitioner pushed my buttons in the wrong manner.
