Does doxycycl hycl 100mg make my period late or not come? ## Hi, Kaykay! How are you? No, antibiotics aren't known to cause that. However, the infection you were taking it to treat could be the culprit. Your body chemistry and hormones tend to get thrown off in instances of illness, sometimes due to the fact that your vitamin D drops very low, especially when you have an infection. Vitamin D is actually a hormone that can have an effect on other hormones in the body. However, if you've been actively engaging in intercourse, then you should be checked for pregnancy, to be certain. Are there any other questions or concerns? ...

Doxycycl Hycl 100mg Tab
I am afraid to take the DOXY-CYCL HYCL 100mg tabs becaus eof the side effects. Yet I have been told I have cellucitis on my lower right leg. I have also been given CEPHALEXIN 500mg CAP LUP Are there any alternatives??? ## The first thing you need to understand is that cellulitis can be a very dangerous infection. In cases where people left it untreated, they have lost limbs or had to have large sections of flesh and muscle tissue removed that resulted in permanent scarring and disfigurement. There have even been cases where it turned fatal, because the infection became systemic. So, the point I'm trying to make is that the risks are far, far greater if you don't take the antibiotics and let the infection continue out of control. And as to their being alternatives, no there aren&... ...

This medicine that I just started taking for a spider bite says to avoid excessive exposure to direct and artificial sunlight. I'm on vacation and want to enjoy the pool. Can I lay out? ## Hi, Karenset! How are you? Doxycyline can make you more sensitive to the sun, so you may burn or get heat stroke much faster than normal. Thus, if you really want to enjoy the sunshine, it would be best to be very careful and use a heavier sunscreen than you normally would. You should also make sure to drink extra fluids, since this sensitivity could also cause dehydration. Learn more Doxycycline details here. Avoiding sun exposure would be best and you should never lay out in it, if your doctor has told you not to do so, but I do understand wanting to enjoy your vacation. Please be careful! ...

DOXYCYCL 100
I notices I am get extremly fatigued after taking Doxycycl Hycl Cap 100mg for acne. Is this normal? ## Hi Mary, Interestingly enough, "extreme tiredness or weakness" is in-fact listed as a severe side effect of Doxycycline. In such cases, it is recommended that you contact your doctor immediately to help address this issue. Referenced from: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0000563/#a682063-sideEffects Have you considered trying any other natural alternatives that might be just as effective as Doxycycline, but without the side effects? If not, I'd recommend looking into Oregano Essential Oil. It's a cheap, yet, effective method for infections of any kind. I hope this helps! ...
