I took 3 tablets in one hour (usual dose is one tablet) with no results. Could have been taking water. Label shows it to be from PAR P company. I am taking this pill and it does not help my pain. I have fibromyalgia and this is what the pharmacy gave me and does nothing for me . is there some other a pain reliever that I should be taking? That is brand name 4mg dilaudid the genetic is a little bigger round white M on one side and 4 ont the other.
