IS IT OK IF I TAKE 3 TABLETS A DAY? ## Sambong is a supplement that is claimed to have quite a few medical uses, including being used as a diuretic and yes, it is usually taken 3 times a day, though it can be anywhere from 1 to 2 tablets, depending on the condition it is being used to treat.
