glutaphos daily dosage ## Glutaphos is a supplement, not a medication, is claimed to help with brain function and cognitive abilities. It contains: 325mg GLUTAMIC Acid, 200mg DICALCIUM Phosphate, 5mg THIAMINE hydrochloride and 10mcg VITAMIN B12. The regular dosage is listed as 1 tablet daily, or 2 after strenuous mental activity. That said, finding information on them is very difficult, since there are no databases which list them all, like there are for U.S. prescription drugs. Can he take it? ## Hello Ritchneil, According to pascual labs Glutaphos product label the tablet does not have a specified time to be taken but I have found consumer reports that claim it is best to take it on a full stomach. Since the time is not specified it should be safe to be taken at any point in the day.
