Some doctors have advised us to take it a half an hour before food, while others tell us to take after food.... Can you please advise? ## Going by the instructions provided by the NIH, it should be taken just before a meal, that way it has a chance to start working by the time you are digesting your food and would usually experience the most blood sugar fluctuations.
