my father is 68 years old . he was suffering fever last three month and now is little better. but now a day he is not able to recognize every thing and taking e relevant things. he can able to remember past things but recent past he is not able to remember. we were far away from home town for treatment and when we came back to home he is not even recognize that this is our home. we have done MRI scan but doctor said there is not having major issue and prescribed Donep. once he take he is reacting more and talking e relevant things. could any one advice is that the site effect of taking Donep

There is one that is an orally disintegrating tablet and there is another that is intended to be swallowed just like a normal tablet. What instructions did your doctor or pharmacy give you? The orally disintegrating tablet should have something that follows the medication name, such as ODT.

He has mild AD and was given Cloraz Dipot at first for anexiety. Next appt. few days later gave him Donepezil .
