If so, is there any side effects? ## Hi Julie, The only drug interactions I found listed under Domperidone are if you were to take it with certain antibiotics or antifungal medications that have been known to increase the plasma concentration of Domperidone as well as it's potential for causing side effects. Nothing though is listed between Gastrocrom and Domperidone, so I would still encourage you to take that up with your doctor as a precautionary measure for more specific details. However even if there aren't any interactions, each medication's individual side effects are still at play and would also be something to watch out for; not to be mistaken for possible drug interactions or vise versa. Small ovel white tabet, bl written on one side 20 written on the otherside ## i have small white round tablets with B L on 1 side and 10 on the other called domperidome , they are to stop me being sick , dont know if that helps . ## Small White oval tablet. BL on one side. 20 on the other. I have the same tablets. They are 20mg Citalopram. Its an antidepresent and can also be used to help alleviate the symptoms of panic attacks, anxiety disorders, etc. Extreme care should be taken if addressing this with someone, given their already-fragile state.

I am taking Pantoprazole for severe acid reflux. Yesterday I started chemotherapy for breast cancer and have been prescribed Aprepitant to control nausea. Do I need to stop taking the Pantoprazole/ ## Dear mam, if ur on chemotherapy please use the pantoprazole domperidome combination or rabeprazole domperidome combination. Do not use separate meds. Aprepitant side effects are more serious than domperidome.
