can i take dolopar,cyclopam tablets after taking alcohol,since i am suffering from fever ## From what I've found, Cyclopam won't help with a fever, it contains the active ingredient Escitalopram, which is an SSRI antidepressant. My friend took 75 dolopar tablets (it comes out to 37500 mg) & caffeine of 1875mg. I just wanted to know, will he survive or die??? ## How much dolopar taken at one time is considered an overdose? How long would it take for the side effects of an overdose to be seen? How many tablets are generally recommended in a day? Would it be dangerous to take many tablets at a time?

I am suffering from minor viral infection. So as per doc's prescription I took Dolopar to bring down my body temperature. But, it sustained to be at 100 degree celcius even after two hours of its intake, and its still not coming down. Should I ask my doc to change my medicine.

As explained by the NIH, it is far too easy to overdose a child, or to give them a medication that may potentially be toxic. Additionally, this medication contains Acetaminophen, which is a mild analgesic, but it will not likely do much to help with such stomach pain. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache. Is there anything else I can help with?
