Dolanzen Tablet

I hand an injury on my left hand wrist and doctor gave a prescription to use dolanzen capsules and tablet dolentia p saying that my wrist vein has a blood clot,and also an ointment called Thrombophob. As the pain is severe from 2 weeks i could not use my left hand properly and taking rest since then. Please suggest me what is the right remedy in this regard.Thanking you in advance... ## My left foot is paining since two months. There is a bit inflammation. I changed three dostors and each adviced me heavy antibiotics,pain killer and some dolanzen capsules. MRI,CTSCAN, FNAC tests are done and reports says inflammatory cells and necrotic tissues. For what conditions Dolanzen is used? What is clinical information about the drug.

I had implant removal surgery of my hand. Dr suggested dolanzen before break fast, lunch, and dinner. I want to know the reason for taking medicine before food.
