right now i am on a coctail of 2400 MG of Gabapentin a day as well i take supuedol right now for my back pain witch is forever... I was taking 10 Mg of oxycodone IR, i find the supuedol is not at all an IR pill, i can feel when it begins to work, my oxy IR pills wich cost less than the Supuedols,the supuedol can take 2 hrs before any form of relief,as well when i took the oxycodone IR the pill was working in 15 minutes, pls Health Canada, what is going on with these crappy pills, coming here from India,? why does Canada allow any meds in when we can make and distribute our own , in Canada.. please help !! today my husband got his perscription of Gabapentin 800 Mg, kinda creepy when it is an oval pill with no scoring on it, as well a light black tiny print of a G2 on one side,pill not score

I have had insomnia since childhood, off and on (mostly on) and not that I'm retired, thank goodness I can sleep until I feel like waking up. I was on Ambien for about 10 years, and for most of that time, it worked just fine. It was a joy, to go to bed, knowing that I would be asleep within a few minutes. Then, a few months ago, it stopped working. I had heard good things about Lunesta, so I asked to try that. I have NOT been impressed. Once I FINALLY get to sleep (and this can take 3 - 4 hours), I sleep long and hard for several hours. But getting to sleep is long, boring, and aggravating. I'm in the market for something better. I statred taking Sam-e . 200 mg and worked up to 400mg. I buy it at health food sores, and better yet, price wise CVS Pharmacy Brand. Seems to help eleavate my mood, so I'm not depressed. Anyone know iof there are any bad side effects to Sam-E? ## It has been known to cause diarrhea, anxiety, dizziness, and insomnia at higher doses. You can learn more about it on the Mayo Clinic website. It does seem to help some people. However, are you on any prescription medications? There are some that it should not be taken with.

Lyrica does work for myself. But I started having side effects. Double vision, being tired all the time, confusion, didn't even remember my age and that might be a good thing. Does Cymbalta work? ## I tried Cymbalta and it worked well for endurance and pain but not so well for depression so I had to go back to Effexor and Wellbutrin. For endurance and pain I take an Ixel or milnacipran every other day (gotten from a British source). It is an antidepressant that is supposed to be equal in enhancing serotonin and norepinephrine.
