Am I crazy!? I just switched from Percs 7.5-500 to Percs 10-325 and I feel it doesn't work near the same at all. The 7.5-500 made me more pain free, and more chipper. The 10's just make me feel dazed and dizzy! Could the acetaminophen actually help that much more? So confused. Tempted to ask to go back to 7.5. I just hate feeling tired! ## The Acetaminophen does help the narcotic work better and it can also vary from person to person, so having a higher amount of it may make it work a lot better for you. Have been using opiets for over 35 years. Started with auto accident. Doctor prescribed over a long period then passed away. Was addicted and had to purchase illegally locally. Now still having problem with addiction and paying most of my SSI and Retirement for what I can get. I take 120 mg of OxyContin twice a day and 4 30 mg oxycodone's a day for breakthrough pain about 4 hours apart from each other. I also have a spinal cord stimulator in my back. The battery in my back has to be charged about once a week. I thought it was the battery in my back that made me so hot!! I missed my apt. For refil on my oxy30 because I had flu. Must use what I have to get through until Tuesday when my next apt is. I have fentaynol 100 patches. What is the dosage of fentanol to make up for lack of oxy? Have been on oxy and fentaynol for years. ## Tired If you've been on both the fentanyl and oxycodone concurrently you should be just fine using the fentanyl alone as the doc prescribed it since the oxys are primarily for bt pain. ( It would have other numbers on it if it were. ) I think it is oxycodone, 15mg (Percocet 15mg. equivalent to 3 regular 5mg tablets). Are the small round tablets a MINT green? I have been to every pharmacy in central to south fla. and noone will fill stating they dont know my doc. or since hes located out of my town they wont or I live out of the area from my doc and they wont fill or they are having a shortage....or I need to change DRs. , who do these pharmacists think they are ? They dont know my medical condition and they are playing the Dr.s role in my care because they just dont feel comfortable.
