if, for one moment your belief is that KVK is of poor quality- AVOID 10 MG ZYD Oxycodone AT ALL COSTS. What I have figured out at this point.. is that if you have deep pockets- I mean deep pockets like in Industry (acting/movie) deep(you can afford the real stuff- the good, unadulterated- prooer filler Rx), the s*** we have to put up with is forever changing, getting cheaper and less effective all the time- "to keep the costs down for you, the consumer".. BULL S***! - makes the Pharmacy more $$$$ and because we cannot afford the real thing. The FDA has been cut back so far, not only do they not really care, but they are understaffed and concerning themselves with white paint as an additive in creamer taking precedence over a few dissatisfied junkies (no insult intended).. Even t...

My pharmacy keeps trying to change my generic 10/325 percocet, I always check ahead of time to not get the crappy generics. So I have just been told the ones they have now are oblong, flat, yellow with markings E712 on one side & 10/325 on the other side. & was told they are made by Endo. Do you have any feedback on how good this particular generic is? I have chronic intractable pain so I rely on it for breakthru pain, I am also on 100 pgu Par brand fentanyl patch. ## @glokim, This is just my feedback from reading personal reviews here on MedsChat, but it appears that Endo is widely thought to be one of the better manufacturers of generic Percocet; at least to the extent of many patients here preferring it over other options. On the contrary, each medication can affect each indi...

Hi, my name is Kelly & I'm new here. I've been in PM going on 2 years now for a Spinal cord injury w/ 8 diagnosis to my spine. Started off with Percocet 5 & am now at 10-325 4xd. My Dr. is talking about switching to a stronger pain med due to me building a tolerance on the Perc 10's. I don't truly know what "pill" will be next... I hate these pills but it is reality. I am on several other meds as well. My question today is~ the brand of Percocet I have been getting from the only Pharmacy I've ever gone to are the U17's. Can anyone give their opinion- if they have had this specific "brand"? Before I give mine, I would love to hear what others have to say regarding this brand. I know there are so many brands out there & Watson, I think d...

Walmart has been getting the green 10/325 oxycodone is there any difference from the oblong white 10/325? I have been getting those at Walmart and now they have changed it. ## Hello, Patti! How are you? When a medication is available as a generic, it is usually manufactured by several different companies, the FDA has done this to try to create market competition to help keep prices down. As a result, which one your pharmacy carries may change, at any given time, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, when they needed to restock their supply. Without knowing the markings on it, I can only theorize, but my best guess is that they have just been manufactured by a different company. However, if you post back with the markings, I will be happy to double check for you to be sure. T...

I have 3 levels of herniated Lower Lumbar discsw which need replacing with prodisc but my insurance doesn't cover it. I was on Morphine for almost a decade and I am in constant pain. I work as much as possible but it is very physical work that I do so I need to get back onto some form of pain treatment which I haven't had in about 1 1/2 years now. I don't get much sleep because I am rolling around in pain constantly so I also am an insomniac as well. I don't seem to be getting help from any doctors anymore and am looking for any hlp I can get. My condition just keeps getting worse and I'd do anything to rid myself of this constant pain & suffering. It has made my anxiety levels go up and I take Diazepam for it which is not really enough but better than nothing. I...

I was in a horrible accident. My Dr. Put me on Dillaudid 4 mg. After a half month I cut myself down to Dilaudid 2 mg. When that was gone, my Dr. Put me on Oxycodone 10, to keep down withdrawals. I've been on these for approx. 2 weeks. Is it safe to now cut my dose down, and how should I go about it? I DON'T WANT OR NEED THE WITHDRAWAL. ## It is not a time released medication, so as long as your doctor approves, you should be able to cut the pills to gradually reduce your dosage. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. How are you doing, now? Has there been any change? ## If you have only been taking opiates (as prescribed) for about a month, and onl...

Are the 325 10 rp better than the a3333? ## I live in south Florida & these are the common 10mg Percocets I've come across. The RP's are not effective at all, and are weak. the A333's are DESCENT for pain relief, and personally are OK. I find the yellow circles with C230 are best besides the pink roxies or endocets. ## Yes the ingredients didn't make me sick, but I got zero relief w a 333, I'd give the rp a 6 /10, the Alvogen are 8/10, ... but I was in s. Fl I haven't seen the rp s sincemid 2016 ## According to the FDA, the inactive ingredients in these RP 10 325 pills by Rhodes are as follows: pregelatinized corn starch crospovidone povidone magnesium stearate colloidal silicon dioxide stearic acid Something else to keep in mind upon comparison with other ta...

May be moving to Florida. Will I have a hard time finding a doctor to keep me on the same pain meds, oxocodone 10mg? I have been on this now for 2 years & my heart and G.I. doctors know I take this prescribed by my primary doctor. I don't want to have to be put through the wringer for I didn't ask for this pain med. My primary changed it to this from norco due to the acetaminophen in my others meds. He stated that with my other meds plus the norco i was getting too much acetaminophen so he started me on the oxycodone. I know it's a strong narcotic but with my huge list of allergies this was what they came up with. I have no problem going to a pain clinic or signing the pain contract, I just don't know where I start looking for the correct doctors I will need. I know ...

I am prescribed oxycodone 30 mg tablets every month. I ran out a few days early and I just wanted to know if I could take 10 mg Percocet in the same quantity to keep my levels up? ## The problem with taking so much Percocet is the Acetaminophen in it. The FDA lists the maximum recommended daily dose it to no more than 3,000mgs and taking 9 Percocet in a day would come really close to that. You might be okay to do this, if your doctor approves, but generally they don't like you to take more than 2, at once. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. When do you see your doctor for a new prescription? ## Yes BOO, take three Percoce...

So I got hit by a car, back in November 2016. Was hospitalized, after being misdiagnosed from two separate hospitals. Almost died twice from sepsis. The third time was the charm as they say. Finally the hospital found that my whole body had gone sepsis. They then found I had multiple fractures in my hip and pelvis. All at once I was on my way to the trauma unit for surgery, however they couldn't do surgery due to the sepsis in my body. So they started to do c/t after c/t. MRI after MRI. Trying to safe my life. Well long story short. I'm now at home with my mother in total home care. They got in my oxycodone 10mgs and they keep coming up missing. I know I'm not over taking them cause I'm very responsible that way. Never took a pain pill in my whole 33 years of living. Onl...

I had filled my regular oxycodone 30 mg script 2 and a half weeks ago. I have another script that is for oxycodone 10mg. In NJ is it going to be a problem to get it filled? Care Fast Pharmacy 124 Schuyler Ave. Kearny NJ 07032 201-991-2569 ## I don't know about jersey I'm in pa. How are you? I'm sorry, but there is no log kept of such information. It really depends on you and which one works best for you. The FDA classifies this as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Can u be prescribed 10 MG oxy and 15 or 30 at the same time ## Hello, Kj! How are you? It depends why someone is having pain. For instance, if someone is suffering chronic pain, they may be prescribed one dose of time released Oxycodone, as well as another of a regular release formulation to treat breakthrough pain. However, in other cases, where someone is suffering intractable pain due to a possibly fatal condition, such as stage 4 cancer, then their doctor is free to prescribe as they see fit to help keep them comfortable. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I somehow spilled coke into my bottle of oxycodone 10 mg. I know dumb right. I didn't spill enough to mess it all up. It still has some form to it. Will they be any good if i try to take it or should i just tell my doctor and look like an ass or do I have to suffer all month? ## That won't cause them to become dangerous, or anything, but some of the medication may have dissolved away, I doubt it will make much of a difference, though. However, informing your doctor to be sure never hurts. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. And from now on, keep the soda away from the bottle. LOL Is there anything else I can help with? ## And often a Dr would want ...

increase in pain-added 50mg pain patch. I'm trying to keep oxycodone (10mg) at a minimum (2/5hr). Been using off & on for years (not every day, but now have to) Ihave trouble with my ears-called pharmicist and asked if this could be a side effect and he said yes and it is permanent damage. Is this fact? What should I do next? I had a toxic reaction to a medication that I had taken for years (daily). It was a low dose but I now know when you get older you have to be careful and not take asstrong a dose. I ended up 3 wks inhospital early this year and now I'm scared. I'm doing more research, but it is hard to find complete info you need to feel safe. I live in hawaii and the medical world here leaves a lot to be desired.

I was in coma for 1 day, breathing at 2-4 breaths per min which is low oxygen levels that can cause brain damage. I didn't go to the hospital, my friend is a paramedic and almost called 911 but says he should have. I woke up fine and took a shower, used a Q-tip to clean my ears and noticed that my right ear had blood in it. This isn't the first time it happened, 2 more times but did nothing about it. I didn't know it was severe cause I wasn't told I was in coma at all. He tried to keep waking me up and I wouldn't get up at all but was still breathing. 90 MG of Oxycodone total, and popping 2MG xanax, but final quantity unknown, as I had at least 30 left before I took them, and woke up to only less than 10. Question is, should I go to the hospital and get a cat scan or...

Costco usually delivers me the key kVK Tech, well Rite Aid gave me the zydus brand. I do not notice too much of a difference since it has only been one day but my stomach kind of hurts a little bit I'm not too sure why. My pain from an old broken neck was not helped by Norco 10 so my doc prescribed oxycodone 15 mg 4x daily. It didn't help but I kept it up. After 3 weeks my pain level was much higher than it had ever been and I began having severe deep muscle seizure cramps which got worse and very serious. I told my doc and he said stop those meds immediately. Some people can have a life threatening reaction to oxy. Be careful with it. . Everyone be safe out there. ## Hello, Cruncheo! How are you? It's always possible for some people to have a life threatening reaction to any medication, even seemingly innocuous over the counter products. I was checking out some of his reviews on HealthGrades and he is definitely regarded as one of the top doctors for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in the New York Metro Area. Posted below are the contact details to his office in Staten Island for anyone interested in paying him a visit: Kevin H Weiner MD 2071 Clove Rd Staten Island, NY 10304 (718) 442-4422 (Office) Would you describe this doctor as being pretty liberal or conscious of his patient's true medical needs? ## Apparently he does not prescribe opiates anymore, I called to try to make an appointment. Does anyone still see him? Is the receptionist just trying to sway people away?
