I have chronic spine and hip pain from scoliosis and fibromyalgia. I took Vicodin for several years back when it did not have a generic and it did a good job for pain relief. The generic, Hydrocodone, supposedly has the same exact ingredient of codeine in the 5-300 cap, but does not give me pain relief. Started with M358 7.5 Hydrocodone next time I was given pill 3594 and didnt think that it worked as well . I have had it three times now for low back pain and today back to M358.
