Does Adderal Give You Energy

I was recently switched from 10mg ir generic Adderall which was a round blue pill, and am now taking the 20mg ir white generic Adderall pill R 351 and feel that it doesn't give me any effect. It feels like I am not taking anything which is resulting in low energy and motivation as well as a very slim focus. Is the R351 pill legitimate or why might I not be getting an effect? ## Hi Hailey, Sorry to hear about your situation. I think if your prescription of Adderall (R 351) is from a licensed pharmacy then it should always be legitimate. I had Traumatic Brain Injury 6yrs ago. Work related and I would much rather work my butt off than be disabled! My energy level is so low since TBI. I take 4 tablets daily of generic Adderal. Lately it's been hard to get the whole rx filled. I was able to get 5 days of real Adderal! Is it my imagination or did it really give me energy to get up and ready to go much faster than the generic Adderal? Within 30mins verses anywhere from 1hour to 4hours? VRAYLAR, My doctor has prescribed this medication to me yesterday the starting dose is 1.5mg. I know nothing about it. I was diagnosed by a different doctor for adhd and I am taking adderall ir 20mg x2. She seems to think possibly i could have been misdiagnosed by a different doctor. I moved here from DE and my Dr. Is just too far of a commute. Anyone in the DE area her name is Dr. Patricia lifrak. She will prescribe ambien, Xanax, adderall, and also does suboxone treatment. Anyway all I'm concerned about is the Xanax. I have PTSD and Xanax has a different effect on me. It makes me happy, gives me energy during the day, I feel good about myself, I can relax at night bc the events that caused my PTSD occurred at night time so from 12AM-3AM i am very agitated and scared. I have narcolepsy and was taking Suboxone strips. I got tons of energy but my insurance stoped covering them and switched me to this generic white pill with N8 on it and an arrow on the back. It gives me no energy ??? ## Has it been prescribed for this use? I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Depression. I have been on many different meds and am feeling very frustrated about how things are not progressing.
