I was on tylox 5/500 4 times per day for years due to a motorcycle accident with a scorpion back break. I have had 2 surgeries and now lots of scar tissue and severe arthritis in my lower back with severe chronic pain. I recently had surgery on my throat and am experiencing extreme pain. I was prescribed Oxycodone 5mg, and told to take half a pill every four hours. However they only gave me enough for 5 days and I don't see this being enough for my recovery. Also, the Oxycodone alone doesn't really entirely do the job.
