Doctors Who Will Prescribe Pain Medication Az

I just moved to Peoria Az, and had a grwat pain mgmnt doc in Lynwood wa,treating for chronic pain from a car accident. About to run out of my medications,having trouble finding a new doc that will prescribe for legitimate pain. The ones I have found all say that they do not believe in prescribing narcotic pain medication... they believe exercise is a better treatment plan. I have 3 torn discs in my neck, and 2 bulging discs... exersise will not fix this. I wish it would. Any help is greatly appreciated. ## Hello, Brett! How are you doing? I have chronic back pain that I have had for several years. Just moved to Houston, Tx. & need to find a pain Dr. who will prescribe norco & oxycodone. I just moved to Phoenix, AZ and am looking for a new doc with compassion who can prescribe Xanax / Klonopin for anxiety and Percocet for back pain. Any help appreciated. Thanks ## Xanax contains Alprazolam and Klonopin contains Clonazepam, they are both Benzodiazepines, which treat the same conditions, so it is unlikely you will find a doctor that will prescribe both. In addition, many doctors will not want to handle pain treatment and the treatment for other conditions, such as anxiety, because they are not properly trained in handling both conditions. My father in law takes 120 milligrams a day or 4-30 milligrams a day and is looking for pain management doctor who is willing to prescribe that amount for him. The only ones he's been able to find only want to do half of that. Does anyone know of any good doctors around there? He used to go to a doctor in northern Az but they quit the pain management program and now he has to transfer to Phoenix. Thank you! ## Advanced pain management in Chandler.
