Doctors Who Prescribe Norco In California
i have a back injury i have been on norco for almost a year my doctor says a new ca. law says she has to bring me off norco and replace it with tramadol that soon no will be able to get norco unless you just had surgery is this true ## Yes, from what I've learned that is basically correct. General practitioners won't be able to prescribe such medications, except in emergency cases after recent injury or surgery. Learn more pain management details here. If someone suffers from a condition that causes long-term chronic pain, they have to see a pain management specialist for treatment to continue having such medications prescribed. A lot of it has to do with the abuse of the medications by many people, the fact that many doctors aren't specially trained to treat people that in ... ...

Doctors Who Prescribe Oxycontin In Oklahoma
I have been in Pain management since 2004 in California and just Moved out there to muskogee Oklahoma... unfortunately there are NO doctors here willing to treat my pain i was on a regiment of 80mg Oxycontin 2X daily 10/325mg Norcos every 4 hours and 4mg IV dilaudid as needed for breakthrough pain... i am in search of a doctor out this way who is actualluy willing to perscribe these meds... thanks ## Well, the first question I have is, how are you checking with the doctors about getting help? The reason I am asking is because if you're calling various doctor's offices and asking if they'll treat you and prescribe specific medications, then you will pretty much always get told no. When someone does that, doctor's and their staff are taught to see it as drug seeking behavi... ...

I am a severe and chronic pain patient on my way towards a fibromyalgia diagnosis. I just moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan and have priority health/medicaid. Do any of you know a good Doctor whos not shy about prescribing opiates??? I'm tired of being labeled a drug seeker when the drugs i seek ACTUALLY WORK. I don't feel high off them, I'm not a junkie, I just NEED to manage my pain levels because they get debilitating. I've great results historically with low level dose methadone (5mg 3x's daily) with norco (10/325mg, 4 x's daily for breakthrough). what options when doctor suddenly won t prescribe norco
My doctor suddenly stopped prescribing my Norco 10/325 after two plus years. Sent me to a pain med doctor who didn't even look at my records and gave me nothing and told me to come back in two weeks, after charging me $250.00. What options do I have now? I am in Florida. Thanks for any feedback. ## Hi Kittkatt, I'm sorry to hear about what you're going through. I don't know of any doctors to refer you to, but I just thought I'd ask if you've considered trying any other methods of pain management besides medication? The medication may help take the away the pain temporarily, but won't necessarily heal the underlying issues that could be causing your pain to continue. Some people have had success with acupuncture, acupressure, CBD/THC from cannabis, raw vegan d... ...

Doctors Willing To Prescribe Pain meds near joplin mo without a $500 initial fee
Joplin or near joplin mo pain dr that will prescribe dilaudid and norco that dosent cost $ 500 for the first visit ## I'm sorry, but really that's about the average for most specialists. Do you have insurance to cover it? Learn more Norco details here. Can anyone else suggest someone that may be a bit cheaper? The only other suggestion I can make, if you don't have insurance, is to contact your local hospitals and see if they have a social work department. The people there often have a list of resources to help people that don't have insurance, so they can get the medical care they need. They may even know of a clinic that can help that has a sliding fee scale. ## Who is the doctor in Joplin? I live in Joplin, MO and have been to countless pain management specialists tha... ...

How Long Does Norco Stay effect you
mI want to know how long it works not how long it 6 doctorsan who Decide it effects you ## There is really no way to give a definitive answer, because it is going to depend on the dosage, your tolerance to opiates and your own metabolism. They are usually prescribed to be taken about every 6 hours, as needed. If your current dosage isn't handling your pain for a long enough period of time, then you should consult your doctor for a possible dosage adjustment. living in muskegon mi in need of a dr who will prescribe Norco 10 for degenerative disk disease and scoliosis my dr doesnt believe in narcotics for pain relief and i need to find work asap, please help me with some names and numbers of Dr.s accepting new patients. ## Hello, Liz! How are you? Unfortunately, there is no listing of doctors according to what they will or will not prescribe that I can refer to for you. If you require such medications on a long-term ongoing basis, you'll need to see a specialists. Is there a chance your current doctor could refer you to someone? Aurora, Colorado needs pain med doctor
I'm having difficulty finding a good doctor who doesn't scrutinize or is skeptical to patients for wanting pain meds, Norco 10/325's for pain is what I have been prescribed in the past for my medical condition. Please Help if you can refer me to a good doctor who listens and understands the patients! Thank You! M ## Hi, Eme! Sorry about the problem you're having and that you're in pain. No one should have to suffer. However, doctors have no choice but to be skeptical and scrutinize. If they don't and their prescribing practices are found to be questionable, they risk losing their license to practice medicine. The best thing you can do is to set up an appointment with a new doctor and then make sure that they receive a full copy of your current medical records. If... ...

Pain Management Doctor, Northern VA (Fairfax County, Washinton DC, MD)
I just moved here from Cali and am in desperate need of pain management Doctor. I was on 10mg Norco, 4 - 5 times a day. Looking for a Doctor than can compare in terms of helping. Can travel. Please, help. **Reston, VA here. But can travel to DC or MD** ## Percocet (Oxycodone) Vicodin (Hydrocodone) If you know any doctors who can help, let me know ASAP, please. ## Well, the first thing you need to know is that it isn't wise to go to any new doctor and ask for any specific medication, because most of them will see that as being drug seeking behavior and they will just refuse to see you or tell you they don't prescribe such things. The best thing you can do is find a new doctor and make sure that they get a full copy of your medical records, so they can see what medications have an... ...
